RM114 million - let's speculate
In the recent news, the CCID director of PDRM announced that RM114 million was found in 2 apartments in Kuala Lumpur. In cash. CASH. It took a team 3(THREE) DAYS to complete counting them. Now wait for it... there's also jewellery and perhaps gold bars confiscated by the police. Not forgetting the 284 Hermes bags. I cannot imagine why anyone or any organisation would want to have RM114 million in apartments. RM114 million might be about ... AUD30 million. Huge amount no less. Then again... who am I? Just a poor church mouse. If I had just 1% of that ie RM11.4 million, all that money would go to the bank. Better than trying to stash it under my mattress!! So, let's have some fun and speculate why there was this huge pile in someone's apartment. 1) someone is considering a money changing business Let's face it, money changing is big business in Malaysia.
